As a seasoned Compliance Leader I’ve seen what it takes to build a sustainable program from the ground up. I started my career in Environmental Health and Safety, moved into Sustainability, and then launched into Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity. A constant that I’ve seen throughout my career spanning from small to midsize (+) manufacturing organizations is the need to have functional tools that integrate into lean manufacturing environments— and the need for off the shelf customizable programs and tools for the stretched-thin compliance professional.
